We stayed here while visiting our daughter. The unit was lovely! It’s in a great neighborhood, parking was easy. Will is a great host, easily accessible & accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for getting around west side North Seatttle and short drive to University District, Lake Union and Downtown.Unit is in good condition and clean, and easy access to Washer and dryer.

Very clean. Just some minor things that i did not mention to the owner while I was there. Smelled a little musty because it is a basement but no big deal. Hairdryer did not work but I left them a note and I went without using one. I would prefer a regular coffee pot over a coffee press but we managed. The mattress seemed like it should be replaced because we kept being pulled to the middle due to being old, I think. The area was safe and very walkable. Cute basement apartment. Nice owners. I would stay again.
