Nestled in the convenient Seattle neighborhood of Ballard the House on Mary is a hop skip and a jump to everything this amazing city has to offer.

We're two short blocks from coffee shops, bars, pizza, ice cream, and more. If you walk a little further (2 miles) you're in the heart of downtown Old Ballard with more food, drinks and activities than you can imagine.

The House on Mary is located right around the corner from a bus stop and rideshare drivers are always in the area for a quick Uber.

The home has been updated in many ways and has so much to offer. The upper level, or "Lady Mary Cottage", as we like to call it, is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an office, a full eat in kitchen, a living room, laundry room and spacious backyard.

The lower level, or "Henry's Hideaway " is a fully renovated 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full eat in kitchen, and living room guest suite.
